CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER FOR A  FINISHED PRODUCT?

I'm sorry but at this time we only offer patterns for sale and are not taking custom orders.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products being a digital item, no refunds will be allowed.

If for some reason you find an error in the pattern please message me and I will be happy to

resolve the situation.
 

 

POLICIES

You may not sell, duplicate or re-distribute my patterns under ANY circumstances. You may not

pass my pattern onto a third party for them to produce.
You may not mass produce my item or produce my item to sell wholesale.

You MAY make items to sell in limited quantities such as in a home business type environment,

to sell on Etsy, Ebay, at markets and so on.

If selling on Etsy or any other online marketplaces, you must include the following line at

the bottom of your listing:

PLEASE NOTE: my photos are not for sale and are covered under copyright.

Under NO circumstance may you use my photos to advertise items you are making from my pattern.

You have permission to sell finished items made from my patterns on a limited quantity basis,  

but you MAY NOT use my photos in any manner.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PATTERN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have any problems at all receiving or accessing your pattern purchase please just

email me and I will be happy to assist you.
